Design and architecture

Architecturally, the building seems to “grow” out of the ground. Highly trained Aedas experts designed the building's solid foundation of stepped shops and luxury villas with concrete textured finishes. The residential towers at the top have light and transparent glass facades. The exterior of the building is designed to look clean and elegant during the day, shaded by mesh ribs that reflect the surrounding water. At night it becomes an illuminated sculpture that draws the attention of tourists.
